CAMPING GEAR RENTAL

STARFESTIVAL公認のキャンプ用品レンタルサービスです。
レンタルのキャンプ用品を現地で受け取り、手ぶらキャンプが可能です。
借り方や返し方のポイント、イベントに合わせたおすすめアイテムをご紹介します。
※ご予約受付開始は3月18日ですが、それまでにご希望の方は登録フォームにて申請が可能です。 Reservations for hinata rentals are uniformly accepted starting two months in advance. Calculating from the event date, reservations will begin on March 18. However, for those who wish to reserve earlier, we have a system in place that allows applications through the registration form.

ACCESS

最寄りの園部駅と会場を1時間間隔でシャトルバス(¥500)が運行しています。Shuttle bus schedule. (Sonobe sta. - venue 500yen)

京都駅から園部駅まで

京都駅からJR嵯峨野線（JR山陰本線）の普通または快速で園部駅行きに乗車。
所要時間は通常40～50分。列車の本数や種類によって所要時間が変わることがあるので、必ず時刻表を確認してください。

園部駅から会場まで

園部駅に到着したら、西口を出てシャトルバス乗り場へ。
会場行きのシャトルバスは11時から1時間間隔で運行しています。所要時間は約30分です。

From Kyoto Station to Sonobe Station

Board a JR train from Kyoto Station bound for Sonobe Station.
This can be a local or rapid service on the JR Sagano Line (sometimes called the JR San'in Line).
The journey typically takes about 40 to 50 minutes.
Ensure to check the train schedule, as the frequency and type of train can affect the travel time.

From Sonobe Station to Venue

Upon arriving at Sonobe Station, west exit the station and look for the shuttle bus stop.
Shuttle buses to the Venue run every hour from 11:00am.
Take the shuttle bus directly to the venue.
The bus ride should take approximately 30 minutes.

入場券 / リストバンドの取扱いについてTICKETS & WRISTBANDS

• 入場券は２日通し券のみで１日券はありません。
• 入場券を入場時にリストバンドと交換します。再入場の際、外されていた場合は無効となります。
• 18歳未満の入場は保護者同伴が必須となります。
• 小学生以下は保護者同伴の場合に限り無料で入場できます。
• 雨天決行となります。出演者の変更、天災や不慮の事故による中止等によるチケットの払い戻しは行いません。
• ペット同伴での入場は禁止となります。

• No tickets for 1 day are available – just the 2 days tickets.
• Exchange your tickets for wristbands at the gate.
• No reissue for lost wristbands. Please do not take it off and wear it all times during the festival.
• The festival will still take place if it rains. In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, tickets will not be refunded.
• Under 18 must be accompanied by their guardian. Any children 12 years old or younger can enter for free with their guardian.
• Pet animals are not allowed to enter.

ご入場 / 入場ゲートオープン時間についてENTRANCE

• 入場ゲートオープン時間【5月17日(土) 10:00～22:00】、【5月18日(日) 7:00～17:00】
• 5月17日の夜22:00〜翌朝7:00まで、入場ゲートがクローズします。必ず、入場ゲートオープン時間内に来場して下さい。
• 入場ゲートにて検温、荷物検査を行います。
• 酒類、及び、ビン缶のドリンクの持ち込みは禁止いたします。持ち込みが発覚した場合は没収し、返却はいたしません。
• 酒類以外の水分補給用の飲料(ペットボトル等)の持ち込みは可能です。
• 法律で禁じられている物の持ち込みや、不正入場等が発覚した場合は直ちに身柄を警察へ引き渡します。
• イベントに違法な行為を行った場合は、直ちに警察に連行されます。また、イベント自体が中止になる恐れもあります。
• 会場付近には警察による検問が設置されます、必要に応じて車内や荷物をチェックされることもあります。
• 飲酒運転は絶対にしないようお願いします。飲酒運転で捕まった場合、懲役又は100万円以下の罰金を払わなくてはいけません。 運転をされる方は、安全運転を心がけましょう。また帰宅時には、かならずお酒を飲んでいない人が運転して帰るようにしてください。 飲酒運転は、ご自身だけではなく周りの人にも迷惑がかかります。

• Gate Times [May 18 (SAT) 10AM to 10PM (Gates will be closed from 10 PM till 7AM)], [May 19 (SUN) 7AM –]
• The venue will be closed Saturday night after 9pm and you can not enter the site. Please come to the venue while the gate is open.
• Alcoholic drinks or dangerous object will not be permitted into the festival.
• Anyone found bringing illegal substances or engaging in illegal activities will be reported to police immediately.
• Anyone engaging in illegal activities at the event will be escorted to the police without delay. Please note that such actions may also result in the cancellation of the entire event.
• Police checkpoints will be set up near the venue. Vehicles and luggage may be inspected if deemed necessary.
• Please absolutely refrain from drinking and driving. If you are caught driving under the influence, you may face imprisonment or a fine of up to 1,000,000 yen. If you are driving, make sure to drive safely. When heading home, ensure that the driver has not consumed any alcohol. Drunk driving not only puts yourself at risk but also endangers others around you.

再入場についてENTRY POLICY

• 入場ゲートのオープン時間内であれば、再入場可能です。
• 再入場の際、リストバンド着用の確認を行います。未着用の場合は入場料をお支払いいただきます。
• 車を出庫してもう一度駐車する場合、駐車料金3,000円が再度かかります。

• Alcoholic drinks or dangerous objects will not be permitted into the festival.
• Anyone found bringing illegal substances or engaging in illegal activities will be reported to police immediately.
• We will check your wristband at the gate so please do not take it off. You will have to repurchase tickets if lost.

駐車場 / 前売り駐車券についてPARKING

• 駐車場をご利用いただく場合は駐車料金(3,000円)が必要となります。
• 前売駐車券がなくても現地で駐車料金をお支払いいただければ駐車可能です。
• バイク、自転車でお越しの方も駐車料金(3,000円)が必要です。
• 車を出庫して再度駐車する場合、駐車料金3,000円がかかります。
• 駐車場と会場、キャンプサイトの行き来は自由です。
• スタッフの誘導に従って駐車してください。
• 駐車場内での事故・盗難について主催者は一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
• 園部駅と会場間のシャトルバスが5月20日(土)園部駅発より運行します。(乗車料金500円)※タイムスケジュールは後日アナウンスします。

• For cars, motorbikes and bicycles, you will need a parking ticket (¥3,000).
• For cars, motorbikes and bicycles once left wanting to re-enter, re-purchase of parking tickets will be needed (¥3,000).
• Please follow the parking staffs’ directions.
• You are free to come and go between your car and the Venue.
• The festival is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
• Do not drive under the influence.
• Shuttle bus between Sonobe Station and the Venue will be operated (Bus fare: ¥500)
• Time schedule for the bus will be announced soon.

キャンプサイト / 会場内についてCAMPING

• キャンプサイトで楽器やスピーカー等の音響機器を用いての音出しは禁止いたします。
• 地面上での直火、焚き火は厳禁です。焚き火台等をご使用頂き、芝を燃やさないようにご注意ください。
• 火器による事故の責任は一切負いません。十分にご注意ください。
• ゴミの回収はしておりません。ゴミは各自必ずお持ち帰りください。
• 会場内で購入したドリンクやフードのお皿等は販売店舗にご返却をお願いします。
• フロアは禁煙です。タバコのポイ捨ては厳禁です。携帯灰皿をご持参いただき、周囲にお客様がいない場所で喫煙してください。
• 会場内での事故、盗難、紛失等の責任は一切負いません。置き引き、盗難にご注意ください。
• 会場内でのご質問・ご相談はインフォメーションへお越し下さい。
• 会場内ではスタッフ及び警備員の指示に従ってください。感染対策や禁止事項に反する場合、退場をお願いすることがあります。

• There is no accommodation in the venue. Please bring your camping gear or use the camping gear rental plan.
• Please camp in the designated areas only. If you camp outside these areas, you will be asked by staff to move your tent.
• No open fires are allowed in the venue. Please use fire pits to avoid burning the ground.
• The festival does not collect the trash items. Please take all of your trash home with you.
• No smoking on the dance floor and no littering cigarette buds. Please carry a portable ashtray and please smoke where it is not crowded.
• It can get cold at night. Make sure to bring warm clothes and rain gear.
• There are some coin-operated showers in the venue.
• The festival does not bear responsibility of any goods lost or stolen.
• There is a cloak (￥500) at the information center.
• Please follow festival staff instructions at all times. Those who cause any disturbances or do not follow staff instructions will be immediately removed from the festival.
